- Review the PNM List
- In the left column, you'll see a list of PMNs (Potenial New Members) who visited your chapter during preference.
- The list is organized alphabetically.
- Option 1 - Selecting PNMs manually
- To select a PNM. manually highlight one or more PNMs from the left column.
- Click the blue button to move the selected PNM(s) to the "Selected" column.
- Once selected, those PNMs will appear in rank order in the "Selected" column.
- Options 2 - Exporting & Importing PNMs
- At the bottom of the screen, you have the option to export the PNM list as a CSV file.
- If you import a CSV file with PNMs in rank order, the system will automatically place them in the corresponding rank order in the "Selected" column.
- Re-Ranking PNMS
- To adjust the rank order of a PNM in the "Selected" column, highlight the PNM. scroll to the bottom of the column, and enter the new rank number.
- Click Update and the system will rearrange the PNMs accordingly.
- Finalizing Your Selections
- Once all the PNMs are in the "Selected" column and ranked as desired, click Final Save to confirm.
- If changes are needed and the selection period is still open, click Undo Final Save. This will move all the PNMs back to the unselected column, requiring your to reselect and rank them.
