If you encounter a deadlock condition after finalizing match results, request a password from ICS in order to make manual additions. This screen will allow the completion of the bid match process by HAND MATCHING the remaining PNM's.
Once you obtain a password from ICS, complete the steps below.
- Go to Bid Matching > Make Manual Additions
This screen is NOT for quota additions or snap bidding; This screen is to manually finish the matching process if you encounter a deadlock condition. Please Finalize Match Results, then process quota additions and snap bids.
