See the details below regarding the various reports available under the Bid Matching menu in ICS. Many of these have the option to export to Excel and/or print.
- PNM Final Selections: shows selections made by each recruit in rank order after preference for Bid Day.
- Release Figure Recruitment Stats: provides totals of PNM’s for all rounds and all statuses for the entire recruitment process.
- Bid Match Summary: shows by chapter what run quota was set for, how many PNM’s matched and total number of PNM’s after quota additions.
- PNM Bid Match Preference: shows for each PNM what chapter they matched to and what preference that chapter was on their final selection.
- PNM Withdrawn from Preference: shows a list of PNMs withdrawn from preference.
- Chapter Bid List Performance: shows how many PNM’s matched from each chapters A and B list, also what position the last PNM was matched on each list.
- Unmatched PNM Contact List: provides a final list of all PNM’s all statuses that was not placed in a chapter with contact information. Usually used for C.O.B.
- Matched PNM Contact List: shows a list of all PNM’s that did place in a chapter with some contact information. ** Must scroll RIGHT to see all info.
- Bid Match PNM Pref Counts: shows a list by chapter the total for all PNM’s ranked placement of each chapter.
