You are now set up for your next recruitment event! What do you do next……
Please do not schedule a training/meeting until all steps are completed below and your event is set up! Once your event is set up, the meeting/training can be scheduled to ask any questions you have regarding your set up. If you have questions before a meeting is scheduled, please email recruitment_support@omegafi.com.
- Log into ICS. (your registration link will show in a blue strip on your message board) Click here if you have issues logging into ICS.
- Update your Contact Screen.
- Check your registration dates/times in registration dates and event details.
- Update your disclaimers, registration form, banner & payment fees screens.
- Update your users screen (All users, except council and council admin will be deleted when a new event is set up)
- Watch all the S1 Training Videos.

After everything is set up for your new event, you can schedule a meeting to answer any questions you might have and to review your set up!
- S2 trainings will be group trainings and links to join will be posted in June.

All other training videos can be viewed on the Training Videos screen. ICS does not train nor respond to emails from Chapters, RCs or PNMs. If an email is sent from a one of these users, we will redirect that user to the FSL advisor. Please use the the training videos to train your Chapters, RCs & PNMs.
If you are a new ICS client, you will receive an email to create your account. If you are a new advisor and do not have access to ICS, please have a previous user add you as a user. Once added you will receive an email to create your account. If you have logged in previously and are having issues, please click "forgot password".
