In some cases, you may have a PNM who decides to withdraw their bid but signed a MRABA. You would then need to remove their selection in the "Validate & Quota Snapbid Additions" screen to remove them from the chapters final roster. You will also need to update their status to "withdrawn" for Bid Day.
