How do I edit or delete a round?

Edit a Round

1. Click the Pre-Recruitment Tab
2. Select Set up Rounds
3. Click the Edit Button next to the round you would like to edit
   • The edit button will allow you to edit the following: Date, Name of Round, Max Number of Chapters
   • If you want to edit Round Selection Times once rounds are set up, go to either Recruitment> Step 1> Chapter selection times or PNM selection times or Bidmatching> Step 1> Chapter selection times or PNM selection times.

Delete a Round

1. Click the Pre-Recruitment Tab
2. Select Set up Rounds
3. Click the Delete Button next to the round you would like to delete
   • note: you will not be able to delete a round if schedules have been set or if conflicts have been put in the system for the round you are trying to delete.
