To get your rounds set up for recruitment, you can watch this video, or follow the steps below:
- Go to Pre-Recruitment > Set up Rounds from the top menu
- Click + New
- Enter the following details
- Round Description (this round should be your first round of scheduled parties)
- Date (If the round is over 2 or more dates, please select the date of the 1st day of this round)
- Maximum # of chapters
- Click Save Changes
Please do not forget to set your selection times for Chapters and PNMS under Step 1 for the Recruitment and Bid Matching Tabs: Setting selection times for PNMs & Chapters under Recruitment & Bidmatching
