You cannot delete a chapter in ICS.
If you have a chapter that is no longer active on your campus, uncheck the active box for that chapter. Go to System Setup > Chapter Setup > Edit > click the box “Active” to uncheck/check a chapter as active/inactive.
Make sure the chapter is not selected under the “Allow chapters to view PNMs” screen if you need to uncheck "active" for a chapter.
