We are available to you by email during regular business hours. Regular business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
After-Hours Assistance
Inquiries submitted after hours must be via email to recruitment_support@omegafi.com. Issues will be prioritized and addressed accordingly for campuses who are in active recruitment. After-hours availability for campuses in active recruitment are:
- Regular work hours - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm EST
- Monday thru Friday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
- Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST
- Emergency hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am EST
